King Settlements

Sell your structured settlement — on your terms, not theirs.

King Settlements, LLC buys structured settlements, lottery winnings, annuities, and other future payment rights. We are here to help you unlock your money. You start the conversation, we discuss your needs, put an offer in writing, and every step after that is yours to accept or refuse.

King Settlements, LLC is a Florida company that buys structured settlements, lottery, annuity and other future payment rights. We do not give investing, legal or tax advice. Most purchases require court approval — structured settlements and lottery payments always do.

What we buy

We buy payment rights to future payments you are due to receive under a structured settlement, lottery winning, SPIA annuity, or other qualifying receivable. You do not have to sell the whole thing to work with us, and you do not have to decide anything until you understand the process. We encourage you to ask questions and become an educated consumer.

Some of your payments

Many people sell only what they need and keep the rest of their future payment stream. You pick the payments or the dollar amount you want to talk about selling. We provide the service and the liquidity.

All of your remaining payments

If you would rather be done with the stream entirely, we can look at buying everything still scheduled and create an offer for that.

Payments you are unsure about

Not sure what you have or what it could be worth? Send us the basics through the form. Asking costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. Our team is trained to assist you in getting written verification of the future payments which you have available for purchase — and we perform this service free of charge.

What it costs you

Nothing up front

You never pay us anything to get an offer or to go through the process. There is no application fee and nothing comes out of your pocket.

Our price is a disclosed discount

We buy payments for less than their face value because they are often due far into the future. The purchase price we are willing to pay for your future payments is always written into our purchase offers so you can see the economics of the agreement before you decide.

Independent professional advice is a good idea

We do not give financial, legal or tax advice. Before you sign anything, we strongly encourage you to talk to your own financial advisor, attorney and/or tax advisor. We will never tell you not to. In fact, one or more of these professionals may be able to assist you in this process and we welcome their engagement with your file.

Why people talk to us

Complaints about other companies are usually about calls people never asked for and high pressure offers they could not understand. We built King Settlements the other way around.

You reach us, not the reverse

We comply with do not call laws, we respect your privacy, and we do not sell your information to anyone. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will stop on every channel, permanently. Read more on your rights and how to make any unwanted calls stop.

One person, in writing

A dedicated account manager answers your inquiry. Terms come to you in writing. You will never be asked to agree to something on a phone call before you have read it. Everything is documented with your approval and your signature.

The court is a safeguard

By law, most transfers of payment rights need court approval. That process exists to protect you as the seller and consumer. We encourage deal transparency. We see the court approval process as a valuable consumer protection measure.

How it goes, start to finish

  1. You reach out. Use the contact form or email [email protected]. Tell us as much or as little as you want. Of course, the more information you can provide the better, so we can better determine how we can help you meet your needs. Settlement or annuity documents allow us to make immediately committed offers, so we encourage you to have those documents available when contacting us for fastest closing.
  2. We ask questions. We look at which payments you have, when they are due, and what you want to accomplish. We discuss your wants and needs and help you create a solution that fits your situation. No pressure to move forward.
  3. You get a written offer. It shows the payments we would buy and the discount we are taking. You can take it, leave it, or ask questions.
  4. If you say yes, we go to court. In most cases we proceed to asking a court to approve the transaction, as required by state law. A judge reviews the transfer and decides whether it is in your best interest. Court schedules vary, so we will not guess at dates. But we will always make every effort to keep things moving quickly for our customers. Speed is our hallmark, and our local attorneys are trained to do everything possible to hurry the process along, while also complying with the applicable laws.
  5. You can stop at any point before it is final. You can stop the transaction at any point before the court order is final. Nothing is signed behind your back and nothing happens without your say-so.

Who we are

King Settlements, LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Our business is buying future payment rights, and that is all we do. We are not affiliated with the insurance company that pays your settlement or annuity payments, and we are not affiliated with the law firm that originally handled your injury case.

Our management team brings more than 25 years of experience in the purchase and sale of future payments — structured settlements, annuities, lottery prizes, and other qualifying receivables. We have seen how this industry treats people, and we built this company to do it differently.

Ask us anything

You can get an offer, compare it against what you already have, or just ask how any of this works. One person replies, usually within one business day. If it is not for you, that is a fine answer too.
