Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026. Written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
This page explains what King Settlements, LLC does with the information you send us, how long we keep it, and how to make us stop contacting you or delete what we hold. Short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Who we are
King Settlements, LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We buy structured settlement, lottery, annuity and other future payment rights. Our management team brings more than 25 years of experience in the buying and selling of future payments. We are, and we do not give legal or tax advice.

Wherever this page says "we" or "us," it means King Settlements, LLC. It does not include the insurance company that pays your settlement or the law firm that handled your case. We are not affiliated with either of them.
What we collect, and why
Most of what we have came from you, because you typed it into our contact form or emailed us. That is normally:
- Your details: name, email address, phone number, and state.
- Your message: whatever you choose to tell us, and how you told us you heard about us.
- Consent record: whether you ticked the consent box, the exact wording you were shown, when you sent the form, and the technical details described in the next section.
- Documents later on: if you decide to move forward, the settlement paperwork you choose to share.
We collect this for a few plain reasons: to answer your question, to prepare an offer if you want one, to run the court approval process if you decide to sell, and to keep proof of what you consented to. We do not collect more than that, and we do not buy information about you from anyone else.
Consent records, and how long we keep them
When you tick the consent box and send the form, we store a record of it. That record includes the exact wording you were shown, the date and time you sent it, the IP address the form came from, the browser you used, and the page you were on.
We keep that record for at least five years. The reason is simple: if anyone ever asks whether you agreed to be contacted, we need to be able to show exactly what you agreed to and when. Consent records are also our defense if a question ever comes up about a call or a text.
That is the one kind of information we cannot delete on request while the retention period is running. Everything else, we will delete when you ask. More on that below.
What we never do
- We do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to other buyers, not to anyone.
- We do not share it except with the people who have to see it to do the work you asked for, such as a court, an attorney involved in a transfer you approved, or a service provider under contract with us.
- We do not enrich your details with data from other companies. What we know about you is what you told us.
- We comply with do not call laws. We contact people who reached out first, and if you ask us to stop, we stop on every channel, permanently.
- We do not run advertising trackers or targeted ads on this site.
Cookies and analytics
These pages are plain static files. They do not set advertising or tracking cookies, they do not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not build advertising profiles of you or follow you around the internet. There is no retargeting here.
Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as the IP address and time of a request, which is how any website stays online and stays secure. If we ever add a privacy-friendly visit count, it will be aggregate and cookieless, it will not identify you, and we will say so on this page before it goes live.
We do not use third-party tracking to follow visitors to this site, and we do not sell anything about your visit.
How to opt out, and what "permanent" means
You can stop us at any time, and you do not have to explain why.
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us. That ends texts from us.
- Everything at once: reply to any email, or write to [email protected] or 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, and ask us to end all contact. Say it plainly and that is enough. One request is all it takes, by any channel.
- What happens then: your request goes on a single do-not-contact list that covers phone calls, texts, and email from King Settlements, LLC. That opt-out is permanent. It is not campaign by campaign, it does not expire, and we do not ask you to confirm it or talk you out of it.
Opting out never costs you anything and does not affect any question or offer already in front of you. You can still email us or use the contact form later if you want to. If you ask to be left alone entirely, we will leave you alone entirely.
Asking us to delete your information
You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Email [email protected] and say what you want removed. You do not need a form or a special wording.
We will confirm what we did. Two honest limits:
- Consent records stay for the retention period described above, because they are our proof of what you agreed to. We keep them only for that purpose and nothing else.
- Anything in a court file cannot be deleted by us. If your transfer already went through a court process, those filings live with the court.
We do not charge a fee to delete information, and we do not make you jump through hoops to prove who you are beyond confirming the request is really coming from you.
Keeping your information safe
Consent records and lead details are kept in private accounts limited to the people who need them for the work. We do not publish them, post them, or leave them in public places. If we ever become aware of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Questions about privacy
Ask us anything about this page, about what we hold on you, or about how to opt out. Write to [email protected] or mail King Settlements, LLC, 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. If you want a copy of the consent wording you agreed to, ask and we will send it.
If you are dealing with unwanted calls from other companies, know your rights explains where to report them. We are not part of that problem, and we would rather you knew how to stop it.
This is not legal advice
This policy explains how we handle information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to your own attorney. We do not give legal or tax advice. Most purchases of future payment rights require court approval — structured settlements and lottery payments always do. If you have questions about your rights as a payee, speak with an attorney you choose, and ask that attorney to read anything we send you before you sign it.
We may update this page from time to time so it stays accurate. When we do, we change the date at the top.
